Optic cut for Grand Power Mk 12

I love my new Grand Power pistols. A few quick questions:

Does anyone know of a reputable pistolsmith who can mill the older generation Grand Power slides to accept a Red Dot Optic?

And is anyone out there making metal RDO plates for the GP Mk 23 pistols?

@basket random, You can try asking on gun forums or Facebook groups, many people may know about reputable pistolsmiths and places that make RDO plates for GP Mk 23.
